From a Transaction, scroll down to Questions

Most of the questions can be answered a simple yes or no, however, note that some questions depending on how they are answered will affect other areas of your transaction. The best practice when answering questions is to take your time and make sure you are answering them accurately and to check Documents, Contacts, and Dates sections in case any new items are required.
Note**questions, documents, and contacts required may be determined by market and state.
Example questions that may impact documents
- Example 1: for the question "Is there a septic system on the property?" If answered YES, you may find that in documents a 'Copy of a Septic Permit' is now added as a required document to upload.
- Example 2: for the question "Was the property built before 1978?" If answered, YES, you may find that a document 'Lead-Based Paint Addendum (Signed by all parties) is now added as a required document to upload.
Example question that may impact contacts
- Example 1: for the question "What type of financing is the buyer using?" The dropdown has various options, however, the option of 'Cash - No financing' will impact your Loan Officer contact card. If this option is selected you will notice that the Loan Office contact card will then disappear as no loan officer is needed.
