If a contact has not yet viewed your website you can click Invite to Search Homes in the top right-hand corner of the contact details page.
*Note, the contact must have an email address entered to receive an invite.
Once they have been invited and create an account on your website you'll be able to instantly see stats on their activity. From this you can then understand more about the contact and opportunities for engagement!
To view a contact's Website Activity, click Contacts
Click on any contact to view their activity.
From the contact profile, view Stats just above the contact details
You can also click 'Show All' to view additional information about their searches.
Website Score
The website activity Score is based upon how active your contacts are on your website ranging from 0-100. The higher the number the more active the consumer is.
Use many of our ways to encourage more engagement such as Recommending Properties, Neighborhood Alerts, and setup a drip campaign to nurture.
