There are 5 questions that need to be answered YES in order to enable submitting the funding request.
Once all 5 have been checked off the Submit button will be enabled to move forward.
After clicking submit you will receive a Transaction Submitted message confirming the transaction has been submitted for review. Next, you will move into STEP FOUR - The Funding Summary.
