If you have a bulk list of contacts to import that includes contacts who have unsubscribed from marketing emails in your previous CRM, follow the steps below.
Click Contacts
Click Import
Click Download Template File
NOTE: If you are using your own custom import you will need to add a column labeled Unsubscribe
In the template import, Just add the text to unsubscribe emails as "Yes" in unsubscribe column.
Contacts who have been marked as unsubscribed will no longer receive any marketing emails unless you click Click to Subscribe upon approval of the contact.
For existing contacts in your database you can also Subscribe or Unsubscribe in bulk.
- Click the checkmark next to the applicable contacts.
- Click Actions
- Click Subscribe or Unsubscribe
