⚠️NOTE: To use texting in iA, you must first go to CRM Settings > Integrations > TwilioConnect and complete the integration steps.
One way to instantly engage with your contacts is to send text messages directly from the contact profile.
To start click Contacts in your iA Menu
Select the Contact you wish to send a Text message to
Click Send a Text
Notice that you can:
- Select a Text Template for consistent communication (create within your CRM settings)
- Add attachments
Review incoming and outgoing text messages in the Activity Stream or narrow down by text messages only by clicking Texts in the columns as shown below.
Send a bulk text from your contact list
From your list of Contacts select all or a subset of your contacts using the checkbox to the left of each contact.
Click Actions
Then use the text box to send a text simultaneously to your selected contacts.
Note* this is not a group text and will be sent to each contact separately.
