If you need to export your contacts from iA, please use the following steps below.
Click Contacts in your iA Menu
From the list of contacts, you can do the following export option:
- Click the checkboxes to the left of the contacts you wish to export. You can select a subset of contacts from your list or select all of your contacts. Use filters to narrow down the list of contacts you wish to export.
- Click the top checkbox in the column header to 'Select All Contacts' on that page (50 per page)
If you want to select all your contacts in the database click the light blue header 'Select all XX Contacts'
Next click the Actions button
From the dropdown click Export

Once you have clicked Export, you will receive a prompt that the Export is in process and will be sent to your email.
